Q: Is there a cost to complete the Healthcheck?

A: No, we complete the healthcheck free of charge. Following the healthcheck, if you transact your Microsoft licences via Xeretec you also gain access to the platform for the duration of your contract. 

Q: What does the healthcheck look at?

A: The three key areas we look at when completing a healthcheck is licence optimisation, implementation of security policies & how to gain centralised management of your Microsoft tenant.

Q: How do I get started?

A: In order to complete a healthcheck all we require is someone with global admin access to authorise an onboarding link. Once activated, we ask for 7 days to allow the data from your Microsoft tenant to filter through. We will then arrange a Teams call to present the findings of our healthcheck back to you.

Q: How do you access our data and where is it stored?

A: We will provide you with all the documentation required to ensure you are comfortable with how your data is accessed and stored. The data sat within your 22 Microsoft admin centres is pulled into our platform via a service account on a read only basis. 

The data is stored in an Azure datacentre in Ireland.
